We would love to get you scheduled for your first prenatal visit. Your initial appointment will be with one of our nurse practitioners, followed a few weeks later by your ultrasound and a visit with your provider.

If you are seeking prenatal care and have already been seen elsewhere, we will need all records related to your current pregnancy for provider review before scheduling your appointment.

We are happy to schedule your annual exam for you – just call us with the date of your last exam and we can get you started.
New Gynecological Concern

In some cases, you may self-refer for a new gynecologic concern. Please note that you may be asked to provide prior medical records if needed to determine the appropriate type of appointment.
New Pregnancy
Referral from Outside Practice
A doctor’s referral may be needed for certain visits. We may also require recent medical records and your insurance and personal details to schedule the appointment.
