We encourage all patients to review the office policies below to help ensure a smooth and respectful experience for our patients and staff.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for everyone, Coastal Women’s kindly asks patients to avoid behaviors that might disrupt their care or affect the safety of others. This includes using respectful language, following treatment and payment plans, and avoiding threats of any kind. Following these responsibilities helps ensure we can continue caring for you.
You’ll receive appointment reminders by phone, text, and email. Please make sure we have your most up-to-date contact information to make sure you don’t miss any notifications.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Multiple missed appointments without notice may result in discharge from our practice.
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to see you, but your appointment may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for other patients.
We welcome patients to bring one family member or partner to their appointments.
If you’re experiencing respiratory symptoms or have tested positive for COVID-19, influenza, or RSV and have an upcoming appointment, please notify our office. We’ll reschedule your visit for at least five days after your symptoms start, or five days from your positive test if you don’t have symptoms.
To ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone, we do not allow children in our ultrasound rooms. You may have one adult support person to accompany you during your ultrasound.
Check our social media pages for additional office or weather-related closures.
