Confirmation Ultrasound: Around 9 weeks to confirm pregnancy and establish your due date.
Initial OB Visit: Following your confirmation ultrasound. Review medical and family history, medications, and available genetic testing options.
Routine Labs: Blood type & Rh factor, CBC, rubella immunity, HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B & C, hemoglobin A1C, and urine screening.
Genetic & Carrier Screening: Optional bloodwork, available as early as 9 weeks.
Early Fetal Screening Ultrasound: Assessment of early fetal anatomy between 13–14 weeks.
Follow-Up OB Visit: After your early fetal screening ultrasound. Includes physical exam (breast exam, pelvic exam, Pap smear if due) and any additional labs if needed.
